A bill on distance selling of prescription drugs has already been prepared, in August it can be submitted to the State Duma, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said at a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.
According to her, the bill spells out which drugs „cannot be circulated in such free leave, in order to avoid counterfeiting and everything else.”
The document remains to be finalized, including in the Ministry of Economic Development, she added.
Head of the Ministry of Health Mikhail Murashko said that the bill was prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development, while the Ministry of Health will draw up lists of drugs that can be sold in this way.
